OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and attitudes about the health conditions affecting the individuals in the society and the importance of preventive health services.
Contents of the Course Unit: The concept of public health, Public health service areas, The purpose of health services, Preventive health services, Maternal health, Child health, Family planning and education, Immunization, Community nutrition, Home care, School health, Community mental health, Infectious diseases.
