Gains sufficient background in Social Sciences and Organizational Behavior; can apply theoretical and practical knowledge from these fields in Human Resources Management.
Develops the ability to identify, define, formulate, and solve problems in the field of Organizational Behavior; develops appropriate analytical methods and practical skills for this purpose.
Gains the ability to analyze Organizational Behavior issues and design solutions under realistic constraints to meet desired requirements; applies contemporary human resources practices.
Acquires the ability to select and use modern techniques and tools required for Organizational Behavior practices and to utilize information technologies effectively.
