OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	The aim of the course is to teach the art features in Anatolian which influences Turkish art. Addition, aims to teach with the art features of Anatolian Seljuk and Ottoman empires and the arts of Non-Anatolia states.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Turkish-Islamic Art Development, Great Seljuk and Anatolian Seljuk Art, Karahan and Ghaznevid Art, Danishmend, Artukid, Saltuk, Mengüjek Art, Anatolian Seljuk Mosques, Tombs, Caravanserais, Madrasas, Ottoman Period Mosques, Palaces and Artistic Features of Castles

Explain the artistic characteristics of the states that influence the art of Anatolian Seljuks.
Interpret the artistic features of the Anatolian Seljuk Empire.
Compare with the artistic characteristics of the Great Seljuk Empire and the Anatolian Seljuk Empire.
Interpret the architectural and decorative features of mosques, tombs, caravanserais and madrasas of the Seljuk Empire period.
List the basic features of mosques, palaces and castles of the Ottoman Empire period.
