OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; Eski Uygur Türkçesini hazırlayan tarihsel koşullar, Eski Uygur Türkçesi devrinde kaleme alınmış Budist, Maniheist ve Hıristiyan çevresi metinler, Eski Uygur Türkçesinin Türk Dili Tarihindeki yeri, Eski Uygur Türkçesinin fonetik ve morfolojik özellikleri ve Prens Kalyanamkara ve Papamkara hikâyesi metinlerini inceleyerek etimolojik ve morfolojik özelliklerini öğrenciye kavratmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ders; Eski Uygur Türkçesini hazırlayan tarihsel koşullar, Eski Uygur Türkçesi devrinde kaleme alınmış Budist, Maniheist ve Hıristiyan çevresi metinler, Eski Uygur Türkçesinin Türk Dili Tarihindeki yeri, Eski Uygur Türkçesinin fonetik ve morfolojik özellikleri ve Prens Kalyanamkara ve Papamkara hikâyesinin örnek metin incelemeleri konularını içerir.

Türk dili tarihi içinde Eski Uygur Türkçesi döneminin yerini kendi cümleleriyle ifade ederler.
Eski Uygur Türkçesinin fonetik ve morfolojik özelliklerini metinler üzerinde incelerler.
Köktürkçenin fonetik ve morfolojik özelliklerini Türkiye Türkçesi ile Köktürkçe’nin fonetik ve morfolojik özellikleriyle karşılaştırır.
