OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the basic principles of administrative law which constitutes a sub-branch of public law and improve aptitude for defining the concept of administration in organic and functional terms and examining the legal aspects of administrative structure, administrative organization and administrative activities. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the historical background and development of administrative law, the constitutional grounds of administrative law, administrative organization, administrative action, administrative contracts, the responsibility of the administration, public goods, the audit of the administration. |
