OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve aptitude for analysing basic dynamics of the modern Middle East policy within the historical process and explaining policies/ viewpoints developed by countries/societies in the region against regional and international developments. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course is political, communal and economic structure of the Middle East, spread of Islamism and developments in the Ottoman period, world war and transformation of the region after war and events being gone through in the region after Cold War till present day. |
