OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the network structures and networking processes, physical distribution and the processes carried out by the parties.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as the reasons and development of network organizations, network organization types, concept, development and benefits of physical distribution and its relations with environmental factors.

Plan business models and network structures in compliance with the enterprises Transportation and Logistics.
Define the design of logistics networks on the basis of efficiency and service level.
Interpret the relationship between Push-Pull production control strategies and scale economy.
Analyze the integrated supply chain strategies under indeterminate sale and supply conditions.
