Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve students' skills of strategy development skill and information with senior management point of view and to make the students competent on analysing the internal and external environment of enterprises in the process of strategic management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include Strategic Management Process and Its Factors, External Environment and Establishment Analysis, Strategic Guidance, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Types, Application of Strategies and Strategic Valuation. |
