OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of this course is to teach the students international management theories and current approaches and help them to adapt these in business.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; international trade theories and cultural differences, international business strategies, organizational structures, international market entry strategies, and human resources management.

Compare the strategies, organizational structures and differences in management control systems of international companies. (Bloom 5)
Explain international business dynamics, international trade policies and methods. (Bloom 2)
Analyze the methods of access to international markets (Bloom 3).
Use the sources of funding from international financial markets (Bloom 3).
