Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide students the knowledge and skills to practice the tests used to determine the talent selection, to evaluate the results of the data obtained from the tests, and to select talents to direct individuals to appropriate sports branches. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; general concepts related with talent selection, talent selection principles, talent types, characteristics of talented athletes, prerequisites for talent selection, talent selection and principles in sport games, talent selection methods and tests used in talent selection. |
