OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim is to provide students with modern construction site management knowledge, to teach the preparation of construction cost and progress payment accounts, to make computer-aided work program techniques and to gain skills. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Definitions related to construction management, construction site organization and management, excavation works and soil classification, excavation volume calculations, transportation analyses, tender works and contracts, quantity surveying and surveying works, work programs (GANNT, PERT, CPM), computer aided work programming preparation, Worker's health and work safety |
