OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge to explain problem-solving methods related to human resources management in recreation businesses and to discuss the functionality of these methods and the applications of business strategies in public and private sports organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Course Content: Production factors, marketing strategies, human resources management in recreation businesses, examination of service-providing businesses, human resources management, and related issues.
