OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Students will be introduced to business administration and the economic, political, and cultural systems within which businesses operate. They will be provided with the fundamentals necessary to assess situations, develop strategies, and plan within these systems. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Company, management system, and culture. Sector and stakeholder analyses, strategic decision-making planning and implementation, conducting situation assessment analyses, strategic guidance, strategic analysis, strategy development, core strategies, and sub-groups. |
