Objectives of the Course Unit: |
To provide students with the necessary information about current approaches that will contribute to management for more effective implementation of human resources, and to ensure they are better equipped through practical applications. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Yeni Kariyer Yaklaşımları, İşgücünde Farklılıkların Yönetimi, Personel Seçim Sürecinde Değerlendirme Merkezi Çalışmaları, İş ve Çalışma Yaşamı Dengesi, İşten Çıkarılanlara Destek Hizmeti, Duygusal Emek, İstihdam Edilebilirlilik, Entelektüel Sermaye ve Yönetimde Duygusal Zeka gibi konular yer almaktadır. |
