OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Uçuş operasyonlarının aksamaması için havalimanı yolcu hizmetleri opereasyonlarına hakim çalışan, üreten ve emniyetten ödün vermeyen elemanlar yetiştirmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit: Yolcu hizmetleri temel kavramlarının öğretilmesi, bilet ve bilet çeşitleri, Check in işlemleri, Giden Gelen Yolcu Hizmetleri, Özel hizmet gerektiren yolcuların işlemlerinin öğretilmesi. Fazla bagaj uygulamaları, Geciken Kayıp ve Hazarlı Bagajlar, Pasaport ve vize kontrollerinin öğretilmesi.
