OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is to provide a general understanding of administrative law and its principles, underline the importance of administrative jurisdiction in resolving matters regarding administrative disputes as well as providing a basic understanding of law. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
This course includes a study of relations between persons and administration, administrative operations, juridical review of administrative acts, administrative jurisdiction and its procedures. |

Students will be able to define the basic principles of administrative law. |
Students will be able to comment on the organization of administrative jurisdiction and fundamental methods of jurisdiction. |
Students will be able to name the principles of administrative jurisdiction as well as explaining its organisation. |
Students will be able to generate solutions to administrative disputes. |
