OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide a general understanding of administrative law and its principles, underline the importance of administrative jurisdiction in resolving matters regarding administrative disputes as well as providing a basic understanding of law.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course includes a study of relations between persons and administration, administrative operations, juridical review of administrative acts, administrative jurisdiction and its procedures.

Students will be able to define the basic principles of administrative law.
Students will be able to comment on the organization of administrative jurisdiction and fundamental methods of jurisdiction.
Students will be able to name the principles of administrative jurisdiction as well as explaining its organisation.
Students will be able to generate solutions to administrative disputes.
