OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Turkish explaining the basic functioning of civil proceedings, to the problems encountered in practice in the field of procedural law students is to provide a basic level solutions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Students of the proceedings how to begin, judiciary, the court of its jurisdiction, the judge's rejection and courts and special courts relationships are explained, as well as assist the courts organs, the case was filed, the evidence, prosecutions and convictions information about the given.
