OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Enforcement and bankruptcy law is aimed to teach the basic institutions and stages.
Contents of the Course Unit: General Information on Execution and Law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and follow-up procedures and issues that may arise in disputes related to proceedings are provided.
