OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The Contract Exploration and Planning course aims to teach the processes of proper planning, budgeting, and contract management from the initial stages of projects. The goal is to equip students with fundamental knowledge and skills in project management and cost estimate preparation techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: The course covers contract types, cost estimation processes, cost analysis, work schedule creation, and fundamental planning techniques used in project management. Furthermore, practical applications and case studies reinforce the knowledge gained by students.
