OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to gain knowledge about perception, communication, learning, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups, leadership, communication, conflict, stress and time management related to themselves, colleagues and organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Historical Development, Basic Concepts, Hazard Assessment, Risk Assessment, Risk Reduction, Event Command System, Crime Scene Management, Preparation and Planning, Response, Improvement, Restructuring, Public Education, Exercise and Exercises, Disaster and Crisis Management in Health Businesses Cause and Effect, Four Phase Disaster Management Approach, Disaster and Emergency Case, Specialization in Management.
