OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
By providing information on health law, it is aimed to gain knowledge of health law issues in health institutions, the rights and obligations of personnel and patients, and legal sanctions in case of violations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Elements of the diagnosis and treatment contract, its legal nature, obligations of the parties, the contract of liability, legal liability and termination of the contract. |

To be able to define the concept of health law |
To be able to explain its history, development and relationship with other legal disciplines |
