OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: In this course, which completely covers the application, it is aimed that the student gets to know and learn the unit(s) where he/she practices and the operations performed in the units, in communication and cooperation with other students and staff, and instructors.
Contents of the Course Unit: Observing and recognizing the administrative, financial and technical functioning of health institutions and organizations (for example, responsibilities in the hospital, relations, service flow and process, patient-employee relations, technologies used, etc.).

To be able to examine the economic, political and legal conditions of health institutions
To be able to evaluate the quality studies carried out in health institutions
To be able to explain the importance of cooperation between administrative, technical and medical functions in health institutions.
Being able to interpret the budget data of health institutions
To be able to examine the duties, authorities and responsibilities of the personnel working at administrative levels in health institutions.
To be able to define the problems encountered according to the ownership, organization and processes of the health institution.
