OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Yaşayan organizmada hastalık oluşumuna neden olan genel patolojik değişiklikleri hücre bazında öğrenilmesi, bu patolojik değişikliklerin oluşumunu (patogenez) ve nedenlerini değerlendirebilmek, doku ve organlarda oluşan makroskobik değişiklikleri tanıyabilmek, mikroskobik değişiklikler hakkında fikir sahibi olması için öğrenciye gerekli bilgilerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dolaşım bozuklukları, hücre farklılaşması bozuklukları ve adaptasyon, iltihap-Yangı, iyileşme ve transplantasyon, hastalık sebepleri, hücre zedelenmesi, immunpatoloji, gelişim bozuklukları ve tümörler gibi genel patoloji konuları

Fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon uygulamalarında makroskobik düzeyde organ ve dokuda karşılaştığı ödem, hiperemi, nekroz, pigmentler, hipertrofi, hiperplazi, metaplazi, iltihap, immun reaksiyonlar, tümörler ve anomaliler gibi genel patolojik değişiklikleri tanır.
Fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon uygulamaları sırasında karşılaştığı patolojik olguların hücrede, dokuda ve organ neden olduğu değişiklikleri, nedenlerini ve patogenezini yorumlar.
