Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is; It is aimed to learn the physical properties of heat, light and water, their physiological effects, the use of superficial temperature and hydrotherapy modalities in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and to gain knowledge and skills regarding application experience. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Physical properties of heat and light, physiological effects of superficial heat and hydrotherapy applications, effects of these modalities on pain and inflammation mechanisms, indications and contraindications, superficial heat and hydrotherapy application methods in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. |
