Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective the course is to help students gain the skill to perform the measurement activities of the physical and physiological responses of the team and the athlete to fitness training, and to prepare the training program for the performance improvement of the athlete. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the Course include; Basic concepts related with performance, Formation and Elements of performance, Steps of reaching high performance, Performance measurement evaluation and direction, Fitness trainings, Technical trainings, Tactical trainings. |

Describe the basic concepts related with high performance training. |
Explain the features of the periodicity processes related with the training organization and its operation. |
Execute the measurement activities of physical and physiological responses of team and athlete to fitness training and analyze the performance measurement results. |
Examine the fitness status of an athlete in an elite level and evaluate the fitness of the training program and period for the current situation to be improved. |
Choose appropriate training methods to improve high performance. |
