Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to teach the appropriate exercise methods for individuals with coronary diseases. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; coronary circulation, structure and organization of cardiovascular system, types of coronary heart diseases, cardiac cycle in exercise, exercise in coronary patients, problems that coronary patients may encounter during exercise, factors to be considered during exercise for coronary patients, benefits of aerobic training and exercise selection for coronary patients. |
