OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to analyze the basic technical skills for artistic gymnastics and strategies for tactical applications.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; artistic gymnastics specific contest rules and field measurements, specific nutrition methods, techniques for correcting technical errors, training program preparation studies.

Explain the methods of correcting technical errors specific for artistic gymnastics.
Apply the methods of correcting technical errors specific for artistic gymnastics.
Examine the training programs to develop technique and tactic and evaluate the appropriateness of its content.
Prepare training program to improve technical skills and tactical practices specific for Artistic Gymnastics.
