OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to help students gain basic movement skills of Body Building, mental training techniques used in the Body Building and skills to practice individualized training programs.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes information on training and body building, exercise physiology and anatomy, weight and fitness training methods for body development, body building competition rules, flexibility, mobility and balance skills development methods, nutrition principles for bodybuilding athletes, training planning and periodicity and competition preparation stages.

Define the concepts related with training information and Body Building sport.
Discuss the planning methods and stages related with body building exercises.
Explain the competition rules of Body Building.
Apply the mental training techniques used in Body Building.
Apply the basic movement skills in Body Building.
Apply the customized training programs in Body Building sport.
