Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to provide the students with the basic knowledge about recreation and sports sciences, to gain knowledge and skills to discuss and interpret the problems related to the field. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course includes the development of recreational sports, historical, philosophical, sociological and psychological dimensions, recreational sports for health, management in recreation, organization, leadership, interpersonal relations, sustainability and volunteerism. |
