Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course to provide students to gain the knowledge to explain problem-solving methods related to human resources management in recreation enterprises and to discuss the functionality of these methods and practices of business strategies of public and private sports organizations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Content of the Course includes; Definition of Production Concept in Recreational Organizations, General Concepts of Business Administration, Aims and Types of Businesses, Organizational Structure of Businesses, Planning Processes of Business Organizations, Organization of Businesses, Coordination and Control in Businesses, Public Relations Concept and Development Process in Recreative Businesses, Human Resources Management in Recreational Businesses, Recreative Business and organization marketing, Human resource management in recreational enterprises and problems encountered in the process of human resource management include R&D in Recreational, Organization, and Operations. |
