OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course to provide students to gain the knowledge and skills to make a career plan in the field of recreation and to analyze the processes related to the efficient use of manpower in the sports organizations serving in this field, meeting the expectations of the employees and ensuring their continuous development.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes, Introduction to Career Management and basic concepts, Functions and features of Career Management, Modeling in Career Management, Human Resources Management Historical Development Process, Human Resources Management Objectives and Features., Task Analysis and Job Descriptions, Finding and Selecting Employees., Personnel requirement qualifications in Recreation Enterprises, Orientation Process, Education Management and Career Development in Recreation, Performance Performance Evaluation, Job Evaluation and Wage Management in Recreation Enterprises, Human Resources Case Study Analysis in Recreation Enterprises, Creating Human Resources Department Recruitment Criteria and Interview Techniques, Preparing a CV, Modeling in Career Planning in Recreation Student project presentations.

Describes the importance of the Human Resources department within the organization in career planning
