OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to evaluate the total quality management system and to organize the process with the understanding of continuous development and improvement of the sports organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes the historical development of total quality management, basic concepts, total quality management objectives and principles, elements of total quality management, process management, quality circle, problem solving techniques, quality in sport services and total quality management models in sport organizations.

Explain definitions and concepts related to total quality management
Interpret and differentiate the relations between quality processes
Describe total quality management principles and apply them to sports organizations
Evaluate the total quality management system with the understanding of continuous development and improvement in sports organizations and organize the process
