OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to help students gain the ability to discuss the process of club management strategy implementations and to conduct SWOT analysis of a sports organization.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; terms and concepts related to strategic management, elements of strategic planning process, vision and mission of a sports club, external and internal environment analysis (SWOT analysis).

Describe the basic concepts related with strategic management.
Tell the management models of the sport enterprises.
