OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge to discuss public and private sports organizations' practices in business strategies and the functioning of problem solving methods related to human resource management in sports businesses.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the Course include; production factors, marketing strategies, human resources management in sports, sports management review, human resources management in sports enterprises and the problems encountered.

Define basic concepts related with sports management
Explain business functions.
Explain marketing strategies in sports management
Discuss the implementation of public and private sports organizations on business strategies.
Explain the problem-solving methods related to human resource management and discuss the functionality of these methods.
