OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to enable students to be able to calculate the electron distributions in atoms, to test the formation of static electricity in accordance with the technique, to calculate the static load with Coulomb's Law, to learn the magnitudes such as current, voltage and resistance in electrical terminology and to be able to make calculations related to these magnitudes. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | include subjects of Electron Theory, Matter and Its Properties, Structure of Atom, Free Electrons, Element, Molecule, Compound and Ions, Conductor, Insulator and Semiconductors, Static Electricity and Conductivity, Static Electricity and Production, Electrification Methods, Electroscope, Electric Load and Coulomb The Law, use of Static Electricity in Industry, Transmission of Electricity, Electrical Terminology, Current, Resistance, Potential Difference, Electromotive Force, Voltage. |
