OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, Restorasyon çalışmalarında metraj çıkarabilme, keşif ve hakediş hesaplarını kamu kuruluşlarının mevzuatına uygun olarak yapabilme, ihale tipleri arasındaki farkı, yapı yaklaşık maliyeti, hakediş düzenlemeleri, hesap özeti, kesin hesap hazırlama ve analiz yapabilme becerisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği; ihale ilgili kamu kuruluşlarına restorasyon projesi keşfi çıkarma, taahhütlü projelere metraj, ataşman ve hakkediş hazırlama uygulamalarıdır.

Restorasyon projesi ve imalat üzerinden metraj ve keşif hazırlar.
Kamu kurumlarının restorasyon birim fiyatlarını hesaplar.
Yeni yapı yapılırken kullanılan ihale tipleriyle, restorasyon uygulamalarında kullanılan ihale tiplerini ayırt eder.
Yeşil defter ve ataşman defteri bilgilerini kullanarak elde veya bir hakediş programında, bir projeye ait hakedişleri düzenler.
Geçici ve kesin kabul işlemlerini yaparak eksikler için çözüm yaratır.
