OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to bring the students the knowledge of legislation being a resource for the process of Social Service intervention.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include common law knowledge, social service legislation and practises.

Debate on the methods of filling the gaps in the current law system in the light of the knowledge of social service legislation gained
Compare national and international legislation
Analyze the cases in the field in the framework of legal legislation
