OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to give information about crisis communication and the practices that must be done during the crisis.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes the stages of crisis management, relations with the media, possible crisis types and strategies to be implemented.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

By the end of this course, students will be able to explain the stages and effects of the crisis period by explaining the concept of crisis management.
By the end of this course, students will be able to analyze crisis management practices, pre- and post-crisis crisis management, and monitor the crisis response process in this direction.
By the end of this course, students will be able to predict possible crises by designing a possible crisis plan.
