OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to comprehend international trade concepts, international trade terms in English, and to recognize the international economic institutions as in The European Union, IMF, World Trade Organization, IMF, G-7, G-8, G-20, G-24 Countries.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects as in general concepts in international trade, international trade terms in English, international marketing, The European Union, relationships between EU-Turkey, World Trade Organization, NAFTA, ASEAN, EFTA, IMF, G-7, G-8, G-20, G-24 Countries.

Use basic concepts in international trade.
Describe the elements separating international trade from local trade.
Use English terms in international trade correspondence and international trade documents.
Evaluate the institutional structure of the European Union and the relationship between EU-Turkey
