OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the information about the banking system, bank types and basic banking transactions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects as in Global and local dimensions of banking system, types of banks and Central Banks, Investment, Participation and Development Banks, Commercial Banks and their types, Deposits and its types and rules of operation, banking transactions and instruments related to deposits, loans and general types and structures of the loans, check transactions, payment and collection services in Banking, Financial investment services of banks, Credit cards, International financing transactions in Banking.
