OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; gümrük mevzuatı ve uygulamalarına hakim olmak suretiyle, öğrencilere gümrük işlemlerinin kapsamını ve başta 4458 sayılı Gümrük Kanunu ve ikincil mevzuat olmak üzere temel gümrük düzenlemelerini ve uygulamalarını öğretmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, gümrük mevzuatı ve gümrük tarifesi kavramı, Gümrük tarife cetveli ile ilgili mevzuatın uluslararası anlaşmalar çerçevesinde teknik mevzuat uyumu, eşyanın sınıflandırılması, GTİP kodu, eşyanın meşeii, eşyanın kıymeti gibi konuları kapsamaktadır.

Türk Gümrük tarife cetvelinin mevzuatta nasıl uygulandığını gösterir.
Türk Gümrük tarife cetvelinin vergiler açısından önemini açıklar.
