OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to give the students the ability to interpret the knowledge learned by explaining the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Within the scope of the course, the issues of commercial enterprise law, company law and the basic concepts of law of negotiation will be discussed by comparing with the former TCC and Judicial decisions. |
