| Content: | Content of the course are role of fitness trainer, technical corrective individual exercises with auxiliary fitness equipment, movement analysis, complementary exercises; application differences between fitness and bodybuilding, physiological, physical and psychological effects of different fitness training techniques, nutrition in fitness training, sports injuries and fitness training competition. |
