Objectives: | Objective of the course is to make sure that students choose and apply the appropriate periodic methods to the training programs for individuals with different physical and conditional characteristics. |
Content: | Content of the course covers personal fitness training and personalized fitness training methods, fitness training design principles, applied sport performance testing and measurement methods specific to fitness, complementary exercise methods specific to fitness and sports injuries. |
