Objectives: The objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge about the correct nutrition methods, and directing individuals with different characteristics accordingly.
Content: Contents of the course include the concepts related with nutrition, importance of nutrition, elements of nutrition, adequate and balanced nutrition, basic aspects of nutrition, nutritional problems, factors affecting nutritional habits, use of salt, sugar and fat, nutrition in individuals with different characteristics.
