| Students who successfully pass this course will: 1. Understand the aircraft conceptual design process 2. Be able to prepare an aircraft design report 3. Have basic knowledge of aircraft propulsion system calculations 4. Have basic knowledge of aircraft structural design and analysis 5. Have basic knowledge of aircraft weight and balance calculations 6. Have basic knowledge of aircraft stability and control calculations 7. Have basic knowledge of aircraft performance calculations 8. Have basic knowledge of aircraft cost calculations 9. Have knowledge of flight safety and aircraft certification 10. Be accustomed to teamwork |
