AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to improve aptitude for identifying the basic concepts and principles related to IT law, evaluating the legal problems that arise with the development of information technologies, being informed about the felonies on informatics and the precautions to be taken against them.
İçerik:	Contents of the course include the subjects as in current developments in IT law, national and international judicial decisions on the relevant subject, the cases setting precedent.

Memorize the articles of law covering the field of informatics.
Interpret the developments in the field of informatics.
Evaluate the terms covered by Law of IT in the light of obtained information.
Argue what methods should be followed in disputes and violations of right that may arise in the field of information technologies.
