Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve aptitude for identifying the basic concepts and principles related to IT law, evaluating the legal problems that arise with the development of information technologies, being informed about the felonies on informatics and the precautions to be taken against them. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects as in current developments in IT law, national and international judicial decisions on the relevant subject, the cases setting precedent. |
