AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: Part of the strength of work course is based on learning the basic concepts and simplified models, which will enable the development of a schema and logical framework of all the necessary formulas and under what conditions they can be applied to the analysis and design of real engineering structures and machine parts.
İçerik: This course is designed for engineering students as a first course in the mechanics of materials or the strength of objects. It provides information in the form of an introduction to the mechanics of deformable objects.

1. Ability to choose mechanical or aircraft engineering materials by knowing material behavior
2. Ability to use engineering science techniques such as advanced mathematics and stress analysis
3. Ability to perform stress and strain analysis
4. Ability to design elements or structures that safely withstand mechanical loads
5. Ability to draw free body diagrams that represent real structures simply
