OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the Emergency Patient Care II course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to monitor patients or injured individuals, administer medication, and handle circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and environmental emergencies.
Contents of the Course Unit: This includes monitoring the sick and injured, administering medications, assessing and providing emergency care for respiratory system disorders, circulatory system disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, and environmental emergencies.

They will acquire basic professional knowledge.
They monitor and assess patients and injured individuals, and are familiar with the medications used in emergency care.
It evaluates respiratory system diseases.
They knows how to treat respiratory system emergencies.
They learn about inhalation drug administration methods.
It provides emergency care for respiratory system diseases.
They knows patient transport techniques in respiratory system diseases.
It can perform case analysis in respiratory diseases.
They assess environmental emergencies and learn how to provide emergency care in allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.
In environmental emergencies, they are familiar with emergency care for electric shocks, hyperthermia, and hypothermia.
They learn emergency care procedures for environmental emergencies such as drowning and burns at sea.
They are knowledgeable about emergency care procedures for poisonings and animal bites in environmental emergencies.
They is knowledgeable about gastrointestinal diseases.
They learn how to provide emergency care in gastrointestinal diseases.
They are knowledgeable in managing acute coronary syndromes and providing emergency care for circulatory system diseases.
